The skatepark, beach or pottering at home with the wee ones.

Rise & Grind coffee cart, wherever you can catch them!

When you’re not teaching, where will we find you?
Realistically, at my gymnastics club but more hopefully, somewhere there’s lots of snow.

Probably planning more classes in the studio, at the gym, or contrarily - on my couch watching New Girl for the 100th time!.

We can help.

Enhanced Core strength

Reformer Pilates specifically targets the core muscles, improving stability and support for better overall movement and posture.

Increased Flexibility

The adjustable resistance of the reformer allows for deeper stretches and a greater range of motion, helping to enhance flexibility and muscle elasticity.

Low Impact Workout

Reformer Pilates is gentle on the joints, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries or looking for a safe way to stay active.
